Integrity

Let’s look briefly at the 3^rd Tenet of Taekwondo:  Integrity.

This is the personal strength we apply when we’re sincere and honest.  Integrity is telling the truth, keeping our promises, and making our best efforts to do what is right.  We’re responsible, dependable and trustworthy – we deal in good faith both with other people, and with ourselves. 

Other words for this personal strength are:  upright, honorable, principled, frank, straightforward, and trustworthy.

We’re seeking to recognize, understand and develop Integrity as our own personal strength in our lessons together.
