Community Service Project: Backpack Food Drive

We have a Black Belt Community Service Project that has just begun at our school.

Mr. Jackson Weaver is collecting donations for the Gibbs Elementary Backpack Food Drive. He is collecting non-perishable, non-expired food items. This is to help students in need over the Easter weekend — a period when they won’t have access to school meals, and may go hungry as a result.

Please bring your donations to the school — Mr. Weaver has set out a bin for them here. The Backpack Food Drive will continue through Monday, April 3.
