Our Martial Arts Graduation Ceremonies for the Autumn Term will be this Saturday, December 16.
As we have discussed in our lessons together, we will hold our Graduation Ceremonies at First Lutheran School, 1207 North Broadway, in their gym. First Lutheran is just south of the WATE-TV Channel 6 studios on Broadway.
Graduation sessions will meet as follows:
10:00am — Karate Tigers & Fundamentals students (all ages)
11:00am — Honors Students (all ages)
At Graduation you’ll perform a short demonstration of a selection of the skills you have learned to earn your new rank. We will then present your new belt and your certificate of rank. Please wear your current rank belt and your full uniform for your Graduation.
We will video your Graduation, both your skill demonstration and presentation of your new martial arts rank. We’ll make this video available to you on our YouTube channel a few days afterwards, so that you can share this with friends and family.
