During our in-class discussion lesson this week we will talk about how we use Teamwork during our achievement stripe tests, promotion exams, and at graduation. Our in-class discussion lesson for this week follows below:
“Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much.” — Helen Keller (teacher, author, journalist)
When we are working together as a team, we are working to achieve a common goal. When we are doing achievement stripe tests, we are working together so that everyone who is eligible can test for their stripe. When we are doing promotion exams at the end of the term, and then graduation, we also work together on these.
- What are ways we work together to earn our achievement stripes?
- What are ways we work together at our promotion exams, to earn advancement to a new belt?
- What are ways we work together at graduation, when we are demonstrating some of the skills we have learned?
