Adult Self-Defense Fundamentals Workshop: Friday, May 10 at 10:00am

We will be having a special Adult Self-Defense Fundamentals Black Belt Community Service Project this Friday, May 10, at 10:00am.  This has been organized by Mr. Ray Wilson as one of the parts of his promotion exam for 1st Dan.

Mr. Wilson is organizing and leading this workshop in support of Bridge Refugee Services.  This workshop is open to Adults ages 18 and older.  You don’t have to be a current student to participate — parents and other adult family members of our students are welcome to join us.

This workshop will begin at 10:00am and will last for about 1 hour.  We will have staff members from Bridge participating as well, who can explain their work and answer any questions you may have.

If you wish to participate, we would ask that you please provide a donation in support of Bridge Refugee Services.  Mr. Wilson has set out a bin at the school where you can leave donated items.  Bridge will also accept monetary donations.  Please follow this link to download the requested donations list:  Bridge Refugee Donations

Please register at the school if you plan to participate, or get in touch by phone or email if you will be attending.
