This is our "Catch Up" week -- Monday through Sunday, March 11-17. This is also the Spring Break week for the Knox County Schools. We have special sessions available by appointment. If you have had to miss all or part of your martial arts achievement stripe test, we have special times set aside for you...

Just a reminder that Daylight Savings Time will begin this Sunday, March 10. We will all be "springing forward" together 1 hour on this day! Our martial arts lessons will meet as scheduled this day.

We will be having an Orientation Meeting for new students and their families on Saturday, February 24, at 10:00am. This meeting should last about 30 minutes.
